Lable Faushman, known as Lou. Lable's first cousin Herschel
Sherman worked in the tailoring trade upstairs, in a family
house in Settles Street, E.l. Edith lived downstairs and that
is how Edith Baumstein met Lable Faushman - and eventually
getting married.

There was confusion when Morris Forshman went to emigration -
on comin g to the UK. The surname was spelt several ways,
Forshman or Firshman - and even Sherman. It is not likely he
was a Sherman as well as his wife's maiden name was Sherman.
The family name may have originally been Forschman. Moris was a
friend of Harry Sherman in Mogielnica, in Warsaw Poland, b
efore he ended up marring Harry's aunt Ruchel Sherman
(Szerman). Morris was beried a "Forshman" at Edmonton, at the
Jewish Federation Cemetery - in a joint grave next to his wife
